SAFFORD – An intoxicated woman was arrested for disorderly conduct/domestic violence after she allegedly urinated on the floor of her boyfriend’s residence late Saturday night.

Adriana Ramirez, 23, was found walking on Santa Fe Circle with no clothes on the lower half of her body. Ramirez had left behind a trail of wet footprints and told officers she didn’t know why she was standing in the street half-nude and that she simply wanted to go home.

Officers were initially dispatched at about midnight to the 1200 block of Santa Fe Circle regarding a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, the victim advised that his girlfriend, Ramirez, came over to his residence and started acting crazy. He then showed officers a trail of urine that led from the front door down a hallway into the master bedroom. The boyfriend said after Ramirez learned the police were called, she ran out the front door.

When she was located, Ramirez allegedly struggled with the officers, who handcuffed her and used a roll of paper towels to wrap her exposed lower half. She had to then be forced into a patrol vehicle.

Ramirez was transported to Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center, where she was treated for too much alcohol consumption. At the hospital, Ramirez allegedly said she urinated on the floor because her boyfriend is “just sick.”

After treatment, Ramirez was given a citation for disorderly conduct/domestic violence and was given a ride to her residence by an officer.
