THATCHER — Eastern Arizona College’s Department of Music will present its annual Spring Sing concert series with a compelling new production, “Deliverance,” on Friday, April 24, at 7 p.m., and Saturday, April 25, at 1 p.m., in EA’s Fine Arts Auditorium.
A long-standing EA tradition, Spring Sing showcases the College’s premier vocal ensembles in a dynamic, high-energy performance that blends music, storytelling, and visual expression. This year’s theme, “Deliverance,” explores ideas of freedom, resilience, and transformation through a wide range of musical styles.
This year’s production invites audiences on a powerful musical journey, with selections spanning classical, jazz, contemporary, and gospel-inspired styles. With its emotional depth and dynamic staging, “Deliverance” is designed to connect with audiences in a meaningful and memorable way.
Audiences can expect an engaging program featuring EA’s A Cappella Choir, GilaSoul Singers, Resonus, Revue Show Choir, and Vocal Jazz Ensemble, each bringing a distinct sound and style to the stage.
Spring Sing continues a choral tradition at EA that dates back generations and remains one of the College’s most anticipated annual performances. Each year, the production draws community members, families, and alumni together to celebrate the talent and dedication of student performers.
Performances will be held in EA’s Fine Arts Auditorium, located at 390 N. College Ave. General admission is $5, and EA full-time students receive free admission with a valid student ID. Tickets are available online at eac.edu.
