THATCHER — Eastern Arizona College celebrated the accomplishments of its Radiologic Technology (Rad Tech) Class of 2025 during a graduation ceremony held Tuesday, May 7, at the Lee Little Theater.

The event honored 10 graduates who completed the demanding academic and clinical requirements of EAC’s Radiologic Technology Program. Surrounded by family, friends, faculty, and clinical partners, the graduates were recognized for their perseverance, dedication, and commitment to entering the healthcare field.

The ceremony featured remarks from Dr. Susan Wood, Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs, Dean of STEM and Allied Health Aaron Burk, Allied Health Clinical Coordinator Rachel Curtis, and student speaker Darric Hoopes. Brock DeSpain gave the invocation.

Graduate Tyra Ellison delivered a benediction to close the ceremony, which was followed by a slideshow presentation and a celebratory reception.

“These students have demonstrated excellence in both classroom and clinical settings and are well-prepared to contribute meaningfully to the medical imaging field,” said Adam Bingham, director of the Rad Tech program. “We’re also proud that many of these graduates plan to stay in eastern Arizona, where they’ll fill critical healthcare positions and make a real difference in the communities they call home.”
