THATCHER – The Arizona Department of Transportation is conducting traffic signal cabinet work at the intersection of U.S. Highway 70 and Reay Lane in Thatcher from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3. During this work, the traffic signals for all directions of travel will be turned off or darkened. Law enforcement will direct traffic. 

Drivers should expect delays and slow down when approaching the intersection. They should obey traffic control and law enforcement and exercise caution around personnel.

The Arizona Department of Transportation will also conduct traffic signal cabinet work at the intersection of U.S. Highway 191 and Discovery Park Boulevard/Solomon Road in Safford from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 5. During this work, the traffic signals for all directions of travel will be turned off or darkened. Law enforcement will direct traffic.
