THATCHER – Doctors and providers from Family Medical Center are teaming up with Eastern Arizona College’s Allied Health Department to offer free sports physicals for student athletes in Graham, Greenlee, and Cochise counties for the 2025–26 school year.

The clinic will be held Saturday, May 31, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Room 103 of EAC’s Science and Allied Health Building, located at 834 N. College Ave. in Thatcher.

Parents should check with their student’s school for the required physical forms. All history questions must be answered completely and accurately. Forms must be filled out and signed by both the parent or guardian and the student before the clinic. Here is a link to the AIA sports physical packet.

Please note: Sports physicals are not a substitute for an annual wellness exam. Families are encouraged to schedule a yearly checkup with their primary care provider.
