She will be joined by Josh Encinas, who has been named Managed IT Technician. Josh’s technical expertise and commitment to customer service will be instrumental in providing smooth, responsive IT support for Valley TeleCom’s business clients.
In addition to the new Managed IT team, Lexy Newell has been appointed Valley’s new Business Salesperson. Lexy will work directly with local businesses to provide customized telecommunications solutions—including Internet, voice, and IT services—that align with their goals and growth plans.
