Greenlee County drive-through rabies clinic Saturday, April 26

GREENLEE COUNTY — To help protect animals from rabies, Greenlee County Animal Control has announced a drive-through rabies clinic on Saturday, April 26. 

The clinic, sponsored by Desert Cross Veterinary Clinic, will be mobile and placed at various spots throughout the county for the day. 

The clinic will begin at the Duncan Fairgrounds at 1248 Fairgrounds Rd. from 7 – 9 a.m.

It will then be at York Park at 314 Church Ln. from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.. 

The clinic then moves to Loma Linda Park, 4125 Skyline View Rd, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

It will finish in Morenci at the Basha’s at 172 Plaza Dr. from 1 – 4 p.m. Rabies shots are $20 per animal. They are available for dogs, cats, horses, cows, sheep, and goats. This is a drive-through event, so keep all animals in vehicles and trailers.
