SAFFORD – It’s time to recognize your favorite businesses and vote for the Safford Downtown Association’s annual Best of Safford Awards.
This year, the Best of Safford Awards has six separate categories and the nominations from the numerous businesses have now been whittled down to multiple finalists in each category.
The categories include • Best Dining Experience • Best Customer Service • Best Business Remodel • Best Business Newcomer, and the two overall awards • Best Business Excellence – Retail • Best Business Excellence – Service.
The nominees are:

Best Business Remodel – 5th and Main Office Suites, Gila Valley Made, Los Jilbertos, and Thriftee Food & Drug
Best Business Newcomer – Tine Bean Coffe Co., Gila Valley Made, The Red Oven Pizzeria, and Bargain Bin
Business Excellence – Service – Big O Tires, Copper Hills Dental, Kempton’s Chevrolet Buick Ltd., Palmer/Johnson Family Dentists, Rustic Lace Wax Bar & Salon, Top Notch
Business Excellence – Retail – Gila Valley Made, Marcia’s Garden Soap Shop, Dug’s Blow’n Smoke BBQ, Enchanted Boutique, Ginaveve’s Marketplace, and The Wear
