The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) invites you to learn more and apply for our Home Repair Program at our Application Day from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 24, and Thursday, July 25, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Bullion Plaza, 150 N. Plaza Circle, Miami.

The 504 Repair Loan and Grant program provides up to $40,000 in loans to low-income homeowners to repair, improve, or modernize their homes and grants up to $10,000 to elderly (over age 62), low-income homeowners to remove health and safety hazards and improve the overall quality of life.
